Taco Roll-Ups

These are so simple and quick to make. You can even make them ahead of time, and stick them in the fridge for later and then stick them on the griddle or in a fry pan for a really quick meal.


10 Flour Tortillas
1 lb Ground Beef
8 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Cumin
1 1/4 Teaspoons Chili Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
Vegetable Oil
