No Fuss Lasagna

Since this is a meaty lasagna, you can serve it on its own with a small salad and be completely satisfied!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 (28-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can Italian-style diced tomatoes
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1 (15-ounce) container ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 10 uncooked lasagna noodles
  • 1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
