Cheese and Hashbrown Hamburger Casserole

For a creamier version, substitute sour cream for the milk.


  •  4 Cups Frozen Hashbrowns, shredded or cubed
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Small Onion, Diced
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper

  1. I probably won’t do this recipe again. It was easy enough but it wasn’t so yummy that I couldn’t stand myself which is generally the only recipes I save these days.
