Baked Chicken Chimichangas

What makes this dish even better is that it can be frozen to be cooked at a later date!

Ingredients:

  • picante sauce or salsa, divided – 1 (16 ounce) jar
  • chopped cooked chicken – 7 cups cooked chicken
  • small onion, diced – 1
  • ground cumin – 2 to 2 1/2 tsp
  • dried oregano – 1 1/2 tsp
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • tortillas – 20 (8 inch)
  • shredded cheddar cheese – 3 cups (12 ounces)
  • Toppings: guacamole, sour cream, shredded lettuce, diced tomato
