Parmesan Crusted Chicken

In this easy chicken recipe, thin chicken breasts are are coated in Parmesan, egg, and bread crumbs, and pan fried until crispy! 


  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated or shredded)
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1.5 lb chicken breasts thin (4 to 5 pieces)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for cooking chicken
