Pork Chop and Potato Casserole

The pork chops are browned, then baked in a creamy mushroom sauce with potatoes, onion and cheese.


1 T. Vegetable Oil

6 Boneless Pork Chops

1 (10.75 oz.) can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 C. Milk

4 Potatoes, thinly sliced

1/2 C. Chopped Onion

1 C. Shredded Cheese
