Elephant Ears

Don’t roll too thin….still tastes great but a bit too crunchy!

Ingredients:

12 cup milk
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp white sugar
6 tbsp shortening
2 tbsp active dry yeast
4 cup all-purpose flour
1 qt oil, for frying
3 tbsp ground cinnamon
6 tbsp white sugar
