3-Layer Nanaimo Bars

 Make a batch of these no-bake, 3-Layer Nanaimo Bars when you’re craving creamy, coconutty, and chocolatey goodness!

Ingredients:

  • CRUST
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

 

  • FILLING
  • 6 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 (3.4-ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 cups confectioner’s sugar

 

  • TOPPING
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
