Slow-Cooker Enchiladas

This recipe for Slow Cooker Enchiladas is the answer to serving a delicious family meal on a busy weeknight.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
2-3 tbsp chopped jalapenos
salt and pepper or seasoned salt
12 flour tortillas (torn into pieces)
1 28 oz. red enchilada sauce
2 1/2 cups shredded cheese
sour cream
green onions
