Bacon Cheese Dip
This dip is so good, and makes plenty so it’s perfect for a crowd. But even if you don’t have a crowd, that is no reason to not indulge. The leftovers are awesome!
- 2 (8oz) packages of cream cheese at room temperature
- 2 cups of sour cream
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 16oz shredded cheddar cheese, plus a little extra for sprinkling on top (1/2 cup to 1 cup depending on how cheesy you want it – I go for the cup!)
- 6-8 pieces of cooked bacon
- 1 medium onion, diced
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Paprika to taste
